Q: What is Pride of Morgan Hill Fast Pitch softball?
A:Pride is a competitive fast pitch softball club that is run by a volunteer board of directors and follows the team guidelines defined by ASA, USSSA & Triple Crown softball organizations. Pride teams compete competitively in local, regional and national fast pitch tournaments.
Q: When is the Season?
A: Division "A" teams after tryouts in late Nov/December and begin practicing and competing in the summer.
Q: How long has Pride been forming teams?
A: Pride has been serving softball player's in Morgan Hill for over 20 years.
Q: How much does it cost to play Pride competitive softball?
A: Cost associated to play typically runs between $1000 - $1200 for "A" ball teams.
Q: How often do teams practice?
A: Typically "A" ball teams practice 3 to 4 times a week.
Q: What are the club colors?
A: Forest Green, Black and White.
Q: How can I become a coach
A: You will find a coaches application in the Docs. & Forms page you may complete the form and mail/e-mail it to the President or Vice President whose contact information is listed in the Board Members tab. You may also bring an application to the board meeting (recommended), board meeting times and locations are published on the main page of the web site under announcements.
Q: How can I become a player?
A: "A" players should check the Pride of Morgan Hill web site "Announcements" section for tryout dates, times and locations.
